Nikki is the Northeast Mississippi Community College at Corinth's Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist. If you know Nikki, you know that this award is very much deserved. She is the first point of contact at Northeast Mississippi Community College Adult Education at Corinth. Nikki does a lot of important work behind the scenes, but it does not go unnoticed. She assists in the Smart Start and AE classroom throughout each rotation, encouraging students and assisting with WorkKeys testing among other day to day tasks. She is often our tech guru at the Corinth location and keeps our instructors in line with end of the month deadlines. The students form an immediate bond with Nikki because of her positive attitude and her constant encouragement.

Nikki has been a part of the NEMCC AE family for 12 years. She is a crucial member of our team, and we are beyond blessed to have her at NEMCC AE. Congratulations to 2021-2022 MAACE Support Staff of the Year, Nikki Spears! Thank you for all you do for NEMCC at Corinth and the entire Adult Education program.
