Jason comes to class every single day, even showing up on days he has been sick.  He has some comprehension barriers that require additional testing accommodations, but he works just as hard, if not harder, than most students. 

​

          When we learned he has passed his first test, we all celebrated in the halls, and he even did a little dance for us.  Even though he hasn’t completed his HSE, he is still trying, and is looking forward to a graduation party once he completes. 

 

          He is kind and polite to everyone and is always smiling.  He is a wonderful example of persistence by showing others how not to give up no matter what obstacles they may face. Our director always says the world would be a much better place if we had more people like him.
